libcufftw8.0 software package provides NVIDIA cuFFTW Library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcufftw8.0
libcufftw8.0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcufftw8.0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcufftw8.0 *
You will get with libcufftw8.0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
